Building pads
Prepared surfaces for buildings, service areas, and other resort components.

Hotel and resort sitework
Large-area site preparation, building pads, access routes, and internal roads for hotel and resort developments in the eastern region.
How we approach the work
Hotel and resort sitework must respond to the master schedule, construction phases, and the dates when each area must become available. Before field operations begin, building pads, temporary access, internal roads, service areas, and support zones are sequenced around the priorities established by the general contractor or developer.
The scope can integrate clearing, cuts and fills, building-pad preparation, internal roads, material hauling, and aggregate supply. Each work area is coordinated with construction traffic and the trades that follow, rather than treating earthwork as an isolated activity.
On large developments, work is organized through multiple fronts and partial handovers. This allows areas to be released for buildings, infrastructure, or circulation while earthwork continues elsewhere on the property.
